W.T.F.!!! The Buckeyes don’t even rate an Honorable Mention in the ranking of the most corrupt States anymore.
How soon everyone forgets we lived for a year and a half under a Governor even after he was convicted of sleaze in August of 2005 until the entire GOP apparatus was swept from power with the inauguration of Governor Strickland and taking over every other statewide office in January of 2007.
Good times.
[Editor's Note: All that -- Blago, Taft, Edwin Edwards, et. al. -- pales in comparison to VP Spiro Agnew who accepted tens of thousands in bribes from contractors while governor of Maryland. He continued to demand the payments even after leaving Maryland and becoming VP. This just pissed off the contractors who turned state's witnesses which led to Agnew's resignation and infamous plea of nolo contendre.]
