John Stewart was on fire last night talking about press coverage of the Obama girls’ first day at school, working Amy Carter’s metal spiky teeth and Willie Lincoln’s death by typhoid fever into his editorial.
I don’t think that’s “first-day-of-school” stress. That’s “Mommy, there are so many cameras…am I integrating this school?”
For God’s sake, James Merideth didn’t have that many cameras when he went to Ole Miss.
