Sounds pretty silly, no? But then there’s this too:

I had my iPhone reduced to an iPod when I was in New York for the World Series because the AT&T Network in the Big Apple functions like it’s made out of twine and tin cans. Do you really think a 3G iPad is going to be functional at a stadium with 45,000+ people?

Get a Droid and check the scores on that instead.

Reminds me of Jon Stewart’s now-famous rant against Apple’s Bigfoot tactics against Gizmodo for writing about the lost-and-found iPhone prototype: “I mean, if you wanna break down someone’s door, why don’t you start with AT&T, for God sakes? They make your amazing phone unusable as a phone!
